Rather, it’s an emotion we have to learn gradually over time and practice regularly to maintain its benefits. This isn’t easy — especially if you struggle with negative thoughts about yourself on a regular basis.However, there are countless ways you can learn to love yourself more every day and boost your confidence so that you feel confident in who you are as a person no matter what challenges life throws your way.
Know Your Worth

You may think that you don’t deserve food when your fridge is empty or a warm bed when you are suffering from insomnia. For example, you can write out a dialogue between a voice in your head that tells you that you are worthless and a loving voice that reassures you that you are worthy and loved. You can start building this dialogue by adding to it each day. You can also look back on it each day to remind yourself that you are worth loving.
